A substantial new build, 6 bedroom, Georgian style house underwent a complete remodelling of the mansard roof space that included a substantial sweeping stone, glass stair case and atrium that infiltrated natural light. A concealed air conditioning solution using Daikin VRV equipment was introduced into the five bedrooms on the first floor with individual room controls installed with minimal disruption to the fabric of the rooms.

The play room at the top of the house was also air conditioned using Daikin VRV Low Level Concealed Units and the wine cellar was temperature controlled using a specialist cooling system implemented to keep the wine bottles on display at optimum storage temperatures.
