An existing commercial property located in London’s exclusive Mayfair district, with no natural ventilation, was completely transformed into an upmarket Armenian Restaurant on two levels with full discrete air conditioning and fresh air ventilation.

Bonair implemented an air conditioning system based on Daikin’s VRV System with concealed indoor units and sleek bar grilles factory painted in black. Ventilation was achieved using a large Daikin VAM Heat Recovery Ventilation Unit providing balanced, tempered, filtered fresh air to all parts of the restaurant. Madoka Controllers provided independent controls to the various areas of the restaurant.
