Yes, free quotes are offered for the installation of air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump systems.
Do you repair installed air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump equipment and installations even if you did not install it?
Yes, however Bonair does not offer a 24 hour response and in the case of heat pumps, it may be advisable to contact the manufacturers for service.
Do you provide a warranty for your equipment and installations?
We pass on the manufacturer’s warranty which can be anything from 1 to 7 years.
Is Bonair insured for the installations it undertakes for a client?
Yes, Bonair carries full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.
Are your engineers and designers fully qualified?
Yes, all our engineers are fully qualified with academic and industry qualifications.
What software do you use for your engineering designs?
We use Heat Load Calculations, Equipment Selection and AutoCad Drawing.
Do you recommend getting a maintenance plan for your air conditioning installations?
The Installation, Operation & Maintenance Package we produce at hand over, include an annual maintenance contract. It is often a condition for the manufacturers warranty that a maintenance contract for the equipment is in place.
